CROWCHILD HOCKEY REGISTRATION INFORMATION
2010-2011 Season
CHA will be accepting hockey registrations via online registration ONLY from June 1 to August 15, 2010. Early registration is in effect from June 1 to June 20. Late registration is in effect from June 21 to August 15. Registration is now closed, please contact the Administator, Tamara Flegel at admin@crowchildhockey.org.Payment may be made by credit card only. Please email Crowchild Administrator at admin@crowchildhockey.org if credit card payment is not possible.PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING ONLINE.
To be eligible to play for Crowchild Hockey Association, participants must reside in the Varsity, Silver Springs or Scenic Acres communities as of September 1, 2010.
Families new to Crowchild Hockey will be asked to submit their child’s school record and a recent utility bill as verification of their place of residence. All families MUST hold a current community membership from any of these three communities. These membership fees are paid separately from the hockey registration fees.
STEP 1Purchase or renew community membership
VALID from Sept 1/10 to Aug 31/11. To purchase your community membership, please visit
www.calgaryarea.com – click on the community in which you live, follow the instructions or visit your community centre before proceeding with this online hockey registration.
Players will NOT be allowed onto the ice in September until verification a valid community membership has been purchased.STEP 2Complete the online registration process.
The following fees will be charged during your online registration process:

USER FEE - All Crowchild hockey players are charged a $20 community user fee; and
· 2010– 2011 REGISTRATION FEES - Payment online with MC or Visa will result in the entire payment being charged·
LATE REGISTRATION – will include a $50 late fee effective June 21
st.
REFUND POLICYPlease remit a ‘Request for Refund’ form available on our website. - 100% fees refunded (minus $30 administration fee), before evaluations start
- 75% fees refunded (minus $30 administration fee), before Oct. 15
- 50% fees refunded (minus $30 administration fee), before Nov. 15
- Players and goalies evaluated and released due to insufficient space in our program will not be assessed any fees
After November 15 there will be no fee refunds except in medical situations.A $30 non-refundable administration fee will be assessed on all registrations, regardless of cancellation date.
